A Scout is physically strong. It’s in the Scout Oath! Take the ScoutStrong Presidential Active Lifestyle Award Challenge. To earn the ScoutStrong PALA Award, Scouts under 18 are required to meet a daily activity goal of 60 miuntes a day and Scouters are required to meet a daily activity goal of 30 minutes a day at least 5 days per week for 6 out of 8 weeks.
