We are pleased to announce the selection of Matt Klutzaritz as Scout Executive of the Pennsylvania Dutch Council, effective August 16, 2024.

Matt began his Scouting career in 1998 as an Exploring Executive at the Minsi Trails Council  in Allentown, PA.  He was promoted to several positions in the council, culminating to the role of Director of Field Service.  In 2015 he moved on to become the Scout Executive at the Northeast Iowa Council in Dubuque, Iowa.  In 2020, he became the Scout Executive of the Pine Tree Council in Portland, Maine.

Matt is a brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, who enjoys the outdoors, sports and playing music.

Matt and his wife Carolyn have two grown children, Jamie and Mark.

Please join us in congratulating Matt as he joins in partnership with the volunteers and staff of the Pennsylvania Dutch Council to deliver quality Scouting experiences to the young people of the communities they serve.
