  • Was your house missed? Thank you for your participation! You can find a local food pantry and drop off your food at www.foodpantries.org
  • Units are encouraged to use the door hangers as a recruitment/outreach tool; there will be space on the door hanger to include a sticker with unit information.
  • Thank you for all your time and effort!!

Timeline

October 10 – Unit Commitment Forms Due

Door Hanger Pick Up – Door hangers are expected to be available at the end of October and may be picked up at Council Service Center  – specific availability will be communicated via email.

Note, due to request from several food banks, the door hanger distribution date to the community was moved to First Saturday: November 2nd.  With November 11th (Second Saturday) set as food pick up date.

If your area still wishes to distribute door hangers on the Second Saturday, November 9th, with food pick up the Third Saturday, November 16th, that is acceptable, please coordinate with other units in your area.
