The Pennsylvnaia Dutch Council is currently looking for Adult leaders for our Council Contingent to the 2021 National Jamboree at BSA’s Summit Bechtel Reserve near Glen Jean, West Virginia.

Adults are needed (Male and Female) to provide leadership in the recruiting of youth participants, organizing into patrols, pre-jamboree shakedown, and of course attending one of the greatest scouting playgrounds.

We are having a meeting at the Council Service Center on Wednesday February 19th at 7:00 PM in the Blair Conference room.  The meeting will help answer any questions you may have and get you excited!!!  Register today for the information meeting.

The Jamboree will be held from July 21 – 30, 2021.  Scouting’s flagship event is one-of-a-kind. It’s a gathering of tens of thousands of Scouts, leaders that showcases everything that is great about the Boy Scouts of America. Over the course of 10 summer days, Scouts and Scouters who attend will explore all kinds of adventures—stadium shows, pioneer village, Mount Jack hikes, adventure sports and more—in the heart of one of nature’s greatest playgrounds. With 10,000 acres at the Summit to explore, there’s no shortage of opportunities to build Scouting memories.
